What our operators do
Every assignment is a review batch: a small set of anonymised records with a clear guideline and a fixed question. Operators read the record, apply the guideline and submit a judgement. Batches are sampled and scored by the operations desk before a programme is delivered to the client.
How we work with operators
Operators join a tier that matches the programmes they want access to, complete identity verification, and are paid per approved batch. Payout requests are reviewed by the operations desk and released to the destination on file.
Governance
Client data is anonymised before it reaches a review environment. Access is scoped per programme, retained only for the duration of the engagement, and audited. Read more on our security page.
